Name, mobile number, email address, optional date of birth, delivery or shipping address, order, reservation and booking details, messages you send us, and your marketing consent choices. We never receive or store card numbers: card and UPI payments for merchandise are handled by our payment provider.

- To take and fulfil orders, reservations and advance bookings.
- To run your membership account and loyalty points.
- To reply to enquiries.
- To send marketing emails only if you have opted in; you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email or on the Email preferences page.
Who sees it
Authorised restaurant staff, and service providers who help us run the site (hosting, email delivery and payments). We do not sell personal data.
How long we keep it
For as long as your account is active and as needed for accounting and legal obligations. Ask us to delete your account at thakazhipeedika@gmail.com.
Your rights
You may ask to access, correct or erase your data and withdraw consent, by emailing us. We use essential cookies only (to keep you logged in and remember your theme). We do not use advertising or analytics trackers.
